Our room was spacious and contemporary, the bed linens were comfortable, the food offerings were enjoyable, the location was excellent, and the staff was friendly.

We stayed there mainly as an overnight stop going to Madrid but we went into Burgos and it was very convenient to go into centre by car or bus.

simple hotel, fairly clean, employees are amiable, and location is perfect right next to an autoroute. the rooms are airy and new-fashioned, and are complete with great bed linens.

Set evening meal in Restuarant inc wine was very reasonable but there are no other restuarants around so no other choice but to eat there. Good for overnight stop only.
Very far from city centre and could find no restuarants or parking spaces in city at all. On main road. Rooms cold. Staff insisted on payment in advance.

The location was handy and absolutely perfect yet it was a short walk to downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the twin room with great bed linens. All staff were approaching and good and gave some tips about Villafria...

Driving up from Madrid and going towards the French Border it was a bit off the route but quite easy to find with printed driving instructions although our Sat Nav could not find it. Not a place to stay for a holiday but a good stopping off point. Attached restaurant was very good.
